In the clip, a player is in the later rounds, fighting off waves of increasingly difficult zombies. They decide to take a chance on the Wunderfizz, hoping for a much-needed perk to keep them alive. But instead, they get one of the less-than-ideal perks—“Who’s Who,” a perk that can revive you after you die, but it’s a complicated and risky mechanic that can lead to more problems than it solves.
The clip quickly went viral, with players commenting on how this random perk roulette can completely backfire at the worst times. In this case, the player was surrounded by zombies and had little chance of surviving to use the perk properly, which ended up causing their demise. While it’s part of the fun and challenge of Zombies, the randomness of the Wunderfizz means you’re often at the mercy of fate, especially when you’re relying on it to stay alive.
